I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but some were under renovation, causing a bit of inconvenience. The service was very nice, especially the free breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location wasn't perfect; it was close to Legacy Marina but right next to a noisy road. The dining options were limited and overpriced for the New Year's Eve special, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-decorated, providing the expected comforts, but there was an unpleasant smell, and we had no running water for the first few hours the first night. The service, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for some of the room-related issues. The location wasn't the best, being small and next to a busy road, limiting walkability. The dining experience left much to be desired, as it was very basic and cost extra money.
My stay at the hotel was truly nice. The rooms were clean and had the usual H-Inn Bath & Bodyworks amenities, but the check-in process wasn't right the first time. The service, however, was excellent and was the best part of our experience at this facility, with courteous, effective, and genuinely friendly staff. The location was everything to me, even though it was a bit hard to find. The dining experience, unfortunately, was unappealing with limited options. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
